1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ak la ("we", "us", "the Platform"). 3 Account Management

5 Withdrawals

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, your account must be fully verified. Verification requires a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC or passport) and a recent proof of address. 6 Bonuses & Promotions

Each offer is subject to its own specific terms, which are displayed at the point of opt-in. These general bonus rules apply to all offers unless an individual promotion's terms state otherwise.

• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or any tool that disguises or misrepresents your location where such access is used to circumvent account restrictions.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

ak la reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected. In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or exploitation of technical errors, accounts may be suspended immediately pending investigation without prior warning.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, any outstanding balance may be forfeited in full. Where the closure is not due to player misconduct — for example, if ak la decides to discontinue services in a particular area — any real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after standard verification checks.

10 Responsible Gaming
